Tickets
Buy your tickets only at the official sales systems
Visit our agenda, look for your show and access the purchase link.
PRM seats are limited and strictly reserved for people who have purchased this type of ticket, together with one companion.
In the event that PRM tickets are sold out and you are a wheelchair user, please contact us in advance. We will make every effort to facilitate your access and to allocate seating within the reserved areas for both you and your companion.
If you experience mobility limitations but have purchased a regular seat or standing ticket, you will be required to occupy the location indicated on your ticket. Relocation to the PRM area can only be considered in the case of wheelchair users.
Should you sustain an injury and anticipate having mobility limitations on the day of the event, we strongly recommend that you purchase a PRM ticket.
Assistance
Request the special assistance service through our form. You will receive instructions to prepare your visit and we will help upon your arrival.
It is an information, access, reception, and support service aimed at people with reduced mobility (PRM), once they have arrived at the Palau Sant Jordi / Sant Jordi Club.
The service is intended for the interested person + one single companion.
It will be required that both, the interested person and their companion, hold a ticket for the event to access the venue through the PRM gate.
Proof of disability or reduced mobility must be provided through an official document or a recent medical report.
The seats reserved for PRM are located in areas that ensure proper evacuation in case of emergency. Their number is limited, and allocation is made on a first-come, first-served basis depending on availability.
Only high-risk pregnancies justified by a recent medical report will be allowed to access through the PRM gate. Once inside the venue, you must occupy the seat corresponding to the ticket purchased.
Please note that distances both outside and inside the venue are considerable, and we do not provide wheelchairs for accompaniment.
If you need a power outlet for your respirator/wheelchair, just let us know.
We recommend that you read the How to access section of this page and review the advice we provide.
How to get to the venue
- At this link you will find information on how to get to the site.
- Parking spaces reserved by PMR are on the public road and for exclusive use for vehicles accredited with the official blue badge. These places are located at Avinguda de l'Estadi and Passeig Olímpic.
- Please note that the Montjuïc has slopes and areas that may be difficult to access for wheelchairs, crutches, walkers or elderly people. We recommend you to come in advance and, if you have mobility issues, that you come accompanied. Once inside the venue, we can help you find your seat and accompany you to the venue if necessary.
- At the end of the concert, the traffic flow system for private vehicles limits taxi access to the venue. For this reason, we recommend that you plan ahead and consider an alternative way to leave the premises, such as public transportation, ridesharing services, or arranging to be picked up at a nearby location.
No. Parking areas sorrounding the Palau Sant Jordi and Sant Jordi Club are for public use and we cannot reserve them.
