Palau Sant Jordi + secure

Palau Sant Jordi is a safe space, backed by the success of the events held since 1990, the year of its inauguration. We encourage you to read these tips to prepare your experience and contribute to this success, thanks to everyone!

  • In case of evacuation

Please be aware of the emergency exits (they are clearly marked throughout the venue).

Go to the most appropriate exit through the indicated places, without getting stuck. Do not go back in any case.

Keep calm and wait for the venue staff's instructions.

Avoid shouting, running or pushing others, as this could cause dangerous situations due to the large number of people.

  • Time tips

Come with plenty of time in advance. Door opening times will be posted on our social networks (@PalauSantJordi) the day before the show.

Overnight queuing is not allowed

Prepare your visit by checking our FAQS.

  • General advice

You are not allowed to bring throwable objects, except for basic personal items (mobile phone, keys, wallet/wallet or handbag). Be sure to respect the restrictions for smoother access.

If you are accompanied or in a group, agree on a reference point outside the inside crowded areas, where you can meet in case you get separated or lost.

If you see any strange or suspicious attitude, report it to the members of the security team.

Cues are unavoidable, so be patient. Respect your order at the entrances, bars and toilets.

Don't bother, don't let them bother you. Let us know if you have any incident with other people.
