IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Children born after January 1, 2024 do not need to purchase a general ticket, but they do need to purchase a specific ticket for them. These must be chosen after having selected the tickets for the show. They will not be able to occupy a seat. It is mandatory to have purchased tickets for the show. Make sure to choose the same day and time as the tickets for the show.
• This show has free lockers for strollers.
• Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Reduced mobility: official documentation must be presented proving their special mobility conditions. Area reserved for the person with reduced mobility and a companion, both purchasing this type of ticket.
• Current health measures must be respected at all times.
• The chairs on the stage can all be at the same height.
• The use of costumes is not permitted for those over 14 years of age.

• Conditions PACK 4 TICKET: 10% discount when buying 4 tickets. Only valid for Donald and Goofy areas. Must be added in the purchase process in the section “Apply your promotions and discounts” by checking the boxes for the 4 tickets. Not valid for the 19/02 performance. Cannot be combined with other promotions. Management fees not included in the discount.
• OPENING DAY Conditions: Tickets at €18.00 (€22.00 with management fees) in the Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Daisy areas. Tickets at €34.00 (€38.40 with management fees) in the Mickey area. Only valid for the 19/02 performance at 7 p.m. Cannot be combined with other promotions. Management fees not included in the discount.
