From GTS Management, Lola Índigo's representative office, and following the commotion and anticipation generated by the cancellation of the concert the artist had planned to perform at the RCD Stadium in Cornellà on July 12th, we are very excited to announce that the concert will finally take place at the Estadi Olimpic in Barcelona on July 10th. An agreement was reached with the venue in the last few hours, and their collaboration has been key to making this change a reality in such a short period of time.
Purchases made through the official Lola Índigo store (https://lolaindigomusic.com/) and managed by Enterticket are valid for the new date at the new venue, and all purchasers will receive a new confirmation email with their new location between May 9th and 11th. Subsequently, in the days leading up to the show, they will receive their new ticket with the QR code valid for access.
New tickets will go on sale starting May 12th, but if you are unable to attend the new date, a refund request form will be available on the artist's website starting that same day. On this form, you must first enter the email address you purchased the ticket(s) and then select the ticket(s) you wish to return.
This option will be available for 14 calendar days, until May 26th, 2025. Once this period has ended, ticket refunds will be issued in the following days, including processing fees, to the same payment method used to purchase the tickets. More information at lolaindigomusic.com.
The artist and her entire team deeply regret any inconvenience this unexpected situation, completely beyond our control, may have caused.
We hope to be able to return the affection we have received from all our fans on this new date.
Sincerely,
GTS
